Roof Replacement
We don't do shortcuts on replacements. Tear off the old roof, check the decking for soft spots, install synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter strip, shingles, ridge vent. The whole system. Your roof is only as good as the layers underneath.
Roof Repair
After we fix your roof, we send you before-and-after photos and a written warranty. If it leaks again from the same spot within 5 years, we come back free. That's the deal.

We work with every major insurance carrier. State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Farmers, Nationwide. Our supplement team knows Xactimate line items and fights for full replacement when your roof qualifies.
New Roof Installation
New construction or an addition? We install new roofing systems from scratch. Decking inspection, ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, ventilation calculations, and whatever material you want on top. Shingles, metal, or flat.
Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
We install asphalt shingles from every major manufacturer. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, Atlas, Tamko, Malarkey, IKO. Each has different warranty tiers and price points. We walk you through the comparison without pushing one brand.
Flat Roofing
Modified bitumen is our go-to for residential flat roofs in Guys. Two-ply torch-applied system with a granulated cap sheet. It handles foot traffic, thermal cycling, and Tennessee UV better than single-ply at the residential scale.
Commercial Roofing
Flat roofs on commercial buildings are a different animal. We install and repair TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up systems. Our Guys commercial crew handles retail, warehouse, office, and multi-family buildings.
Gutter Installation
If your gutters overflow during rain, they're either clogged, undersized, or pitched wrong. Sometimes all three. We'll assess the issue and fix it. Might be a cleaning, might be a replacement.
Roof Inspection
Infrared moisture scanning available for Guys commercial and flat roof inspections. Thermal imaging locates trapped moisture in the insulation layer without cutting core samples. We use Flir E8 cameras to map wet areas, then core sample only the suspect zones to confirm. Saves time, reduces disruption, and gives you a precise repair scope instead of a guess.
Emergency Roof Repair

Skylight Installation
A skylight installed wrong will leak. The flashing has to integrate with the shingle courses. Step flashing on the sides, headwall flashing on top, and a sill pan underneath. We use manufacturer flashing kits because they're engineered to work with the skylight frame.
